Initially when you first get in touch with us – either by phone, email or quote request – we will respond quickly. We don’t mess around. Your time is valuable and we don’t want to waste it.
Every client at Cariss Printing is allocated their own dedicated account manager. That’s not to say you won’t hear from other people in the team who are handling your job. But what it does mean is you have peace of mind that there is someone responsible for looking after you and your print.
We don’t just print your job, bank your money and you never hear from us again. We want to make sure you’re happy with your print job, that it was received on time and to your absolute satisfaction. We also have a wealth of information that you can tap in to just by talking to us. We want your print campaign to be a success so we want to assist you wherever we can.
